Long-term associations with the Department of Natural Resources Conservation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Massachusetts Watershed Coalition, Inc. Experience with watershed assessment, restoration, planning and policy using GIS and simulation modeling.

Worked with Massachusetts communities, nonprofits and agencies on measures to protect drinking water supplies and instate sustainable development practices, including bylaws for low impact development (LID) and conservation design.
